Reliability measured on the whole HTP database

Reliability of topology prediction is calculated by summing up the posterior probabilities along the state path determined by the Viterbi algorithm in the HMMTOP program. Transmembrane proteins are sorted by the reliability and reliabilities are plotted against the relative position of the corresponding entry in the ordered list.
